Step-by-step

Follow these steps to view, cancel, or update your subscriptions.

STEP 1
Open your Account page
Go to Settings → Account to view your subscriptions, billing, and downloads.
STEP 2
Find the Subscriptions section
You’ll see who you’re subscribed to, renewal dates, and access status.
STEP 3
Update, cancel, or resubscribe
Use the controls to cancel at period end, update payment method, or restart a subscription.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Downloads stay yours

Files you downloaded while subscribed remain available to you under the license you received at download time.

Note: If a creator removes an asset later, your previously downloaded copy is unaffected.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

If I cancel, do I lose downloaded files?

No. Any files you downloaded while subscribed remain yours to use under the license terms you received at the time of download.

How do renewals work?

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. If a payment fails, access may be temporarily restricted until payment succeeds.

Where can I see invoices/receipts?

Receipts are available from your Stripe billing portal. You can also check your email for Stripe receipts.

What happens if my card fails?

Stripe may retry the payment. During unpaid status, access may be paused until payment succeeds.

I’m subscribed but it says I’m not — why?

Most commonly: you’re signed into a different account than the one that subscribed, the payment failed, or your subscription is not active/trialing yet.
