To receive earnings on Structura, you’ll connect a Stripe account. Stripe handles identity verification and payouts to your bank account.

Step-by-step setup

Follow these steps to connect Stripe and start receiving payouts.

STEP 1
Go to your Account settings
Open Account → Earnings & Payouts. If Stripe isn’t connected yet, you’ll see a Connect Stripe button.
STEP 2
Start Stripe Connect onboarding
Click Connect Stripe. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to create or link your payout account.
STEP 3
Enter business and identity details
Stripe will ask for legal name, address, date of birth, and (if applicable) business details. This is required for compliance.
STEP 4
Add a bank account for payouts
Add the bank account where you want payouts deposited. You can update this later in Stripe.
STEP 5
Complete verification
Upload documents if requested. Some creators are approved instantly; others may take 1–3 business days for review.

What Stripe may ask you for

Stripe’s requirements vary by region and account type. Common items include:

Legal name, DOB, and address
Government ID (if required)
Business details (if registering as a business)
Bank account for payouts
Phone number / email verification
Verification can be instant, but some reviews take 1–3 business days.

Troubleshooting

It says ‘not connected’ after I finished Stripe

Refresh the page and wait a moment. If it still shows not connected, your onboarding may not have completed, or Stripe may require additional info.

Verification stuck / needs resubmission

Go back into Stripe (Update account) and review Requirements. Stripe will list exactly what’s missing (ID, address, bank, etc.).

Charges enabled but payouts disabled

This usually means Stripe still needs verification or bank details. Open Update account and complete any ‘currently due’ requirements.

I connected the wrong Stripe account

Contact support. In most cases we can help you relink correctly, but Stripe accounts are tied to compliance details.
